To reset your shared password for my.gotrythis.com and billing.gotrythis.com, use the “forgot password” link at my.gotrythis.com.
To reset your password for your installed dashboard, login to the dashboard and go to the “Login” tab, in the lower right of the dashboard screen. (…)

If you cannot remember your e-mail, or no longer have access to it, please contact us and give us as much information as you can from when you purchased so we can find your account.
We haven’t looked into this yet, but apparently the login form and RoboForm aren’t currently getting along. It’s on the list to look at. In the meantime, please login manually
